Prince's Foundation Summer School Days 13 & 14 - Glasgow

The city which I have never seen dry. It was the moment, the peak of the Commonwealth Olympic Games which was causing hectic traffic, street closure, intense amount of people per square meter etc. It was a nice buzz excluding the rain. We managed to visit a few worth seeing spots and we did not manage to see many of the desired ones as the weather was not on our side.
The most inspirational place we visited was the Macintosh's school of Architecture. The new extension by Steven Holl was just beautiful. Unfortunately, people did not appreciate 'the box' as simply because they could not imagine anything beyond it. To me it was like a beautiful theater stage. It created a great feeling of surprise and the interior was in complete contrast with the exterior.
